1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register with an email address or phone number, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts for students under 16 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Purchases
Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Each instrument sold includes the U81X setup described on the product page.
Unused accessories may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Instruments may be returned within 14 days if they are unmodified and undamaged.
3. Setup and repair
We provide a quote before starting work, and only perform work you approve. Estimates shown on the website are guides, not binding quotes.
Instruments left uncollected for 90 days after we notify you that work is complete may be subject to storage fees, as permitted by law.
4. Rentals
Rental instruments remain our property. You agree to use them with reasonable care, not to modify them, and to return them by the agreed date. Deposits are refunded after the return inspection.
Rent-to-own credit applies only to eligible instruments and only as described in your rental agreement.
5. Lessons, workshops and studios
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice for lessons and 48 hours for studio sessions. Late cancellations may be charged.
Workshops involving tools are subject to safety instructions from our staff. Participants under 18 require guardian consent.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the website and our premises is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The U81X name, the Riff mascot, logos, text and site design are owned by GRACE UXON ROCK CORP or its licensors. Recordings you make in our studios remain yours.
8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing faults in instruments we did not work on. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@u81xplay.com.
