Harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination toward staff, students or other customers are not allowed online or in person.
2. Respect instruments and rooms
Handle demo, rental and studio equipment with care. Report damage promptly — accidents happen, hiding them is what causes problems.
3. Keep spaces family-friendly
Our premises are smoke-free and alcohol-free. Content recorded or performed in academy sessions must be suitable for a general audience.
4. Protect accounts
Do not share passwords, access another person's account, or create accounts with false information or on behalf of others without authority.
5. No misuse of the website
Do not attempt to probe, scan or disrupt our systems, bypass rate limits, scrape data at scale, or submit malicious code or spam through our forms.
6. Lawful content
Do not use our studios or services to create or distribute content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, or exploits minors in any way.
7. Safety in workshops
Follow staff instructions, wear provided protective equipment, and keep tools at the bench.
8. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or close accounts, cancel bookings or refuse service for violations, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
