Care & cover
Accidents happen. We plan for them.
- Normal wear is on us
- Worn strings, loose screws and scuffs from normal playing are never charged.
- Optional damage cover
- For $2 a week, accidental damage is repaired at no cost to you, up to the instrument's value.
- Deposit returned fast
- Deposits are refunded within three business days of the instrument's return check.
- Clean between renters
- Every instrument is sanitised, restrung or re-headed and set up before the next renter.
