Before you drop off
Should I bring the case and accessories?
Bring the case — we return instruments in the case they arrived in. Leave pedals and cables at home unless they are part of the problem.
Can you match my favourite string gauge?
Yes. Tell us the brand and gauge at intake, or bring a set. We stock the most common gauges for guitar, bass and ukulele.
Do you work on vintage and inherited instruments?
Yes, carefully. We always discuss originality first and never replace original parts without your written approval.
What if the repair costs more than the instrument is worth?
We will tell you honestly and suggest alternatives, including trade-in credit toward a replacement.
